My background is built upon several generations of farming families. They all cared for and respected animals of all types.

It has always been my wish to be involved in the animal world as a professional.  Recent retirement has brought forth this wish.    

 

 As an equestrian enthusiast, I’ve experienced many different realms of horse ownership and continue the journey on a daily basis.  

Every day my life is filled with the love and joy of being a part of their world.  Horses are truly good for my soul.  

 

 Throughout the years I’ve also been blessed with many wonderful pets. Several dogs and cats have given me such joy and laughter.

Caring for them is a small task compared to how much they give back to me. My current dog is a Belgian Malinois named Hagan. He is extremely smart and challenging at times. We have successfully attended several training classes of which I’m very proud of the results.    

 

 Through my PSI, Pet Sitters International, trainings I’ve learned even more about the importance of proper care for many different types of pets. It is so important to place them in the care of a professional when needed.  Knowing how to handle emergencies and basic first aid  has strengthened my confidence in being a certified professional pet sitter.  My services offer a secure, no worries situation to pet owners.
